Return & Refund Policy

At Cartoon Friends, every order is carefully prepared after purchase. Estimated delivery is 15–20 business days. Delivery times may vary by destination, public holidays, or carrier delays. Shipping Protection is an optional add-on available when placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Except where required by applicable consumer law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.

We accept claims if your product arrives broken, damaged, or in poor condition, or if your package is lost during shipping. Contact us so we can review the issue and help with a replacement or refund.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a European Union member country, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To request a return, contact Cartoon Friends through our contact page. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless applicable law requires otherwise. Refunds will be made to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law, including any required reimbursement of standard outbound delivery charges.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives broken, damaged, or in poor condition, contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible, with your order number and clear photos or videos. If your package appears lost, contact us as soon as you become aware of the issue.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. This reporting request does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner if required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact Cartoon Friends with your order number.
